International
Additional documents are required for international destinations like Canada. This applies to both auto and manual shipments.
Create an LTL International Shipment
Follow steps 1 to 6 in the LTL auto shipment creation process
To set the delivery location, in the right pane, from the Delivery list, select the delivery location (in this case, the delivery location selected is outside the US)

From the Item list, select your shipment item.
· To add a new item, click the + button.
To view the carrier rates later, click Save
To view the carrier rates immediately, click Save and Get Rates
The Carrier Rates page is displayed.

6. Select Customer Invoice and Certificate of Origin
a. From the Customer Invoice dropdown, select the appropriate option
b. From the Certificate of Origin dropdown, select the appropriate option
Options
Description
Blank Form
The system provides an empty commercial invoice template you can fill out manually.
Print Populated
The system will generate and print a commercial invoice with shipment details automatically filled in.
Not Required
You choose not to include a commercial invoice for this shipment (e.g., domestic shipments or non-commercial samples).
My Own
You plan to upload or use your own custom-made commercial invoice, rather than using the one provided by the Cargospot platform.
Click Get Quotation
A list of carriers with estimated cost, date, and vendor details will be displayed. See figure below.

8. Click Select against the desired carrier.
The IMPORT/EXPORT DOCUMENTS page is displayed.

Add Custom Broker
a. Select an existing Customs Broker or click + to add a new one
b. Review all details.
c. To confirm later, click Save
d. To confirm immediately, click Confirm
The Shipment Confirmed Successfully message is displayed.
