Track Shipment
Use the tracking dashboard to monitor the status and location of all active shipments in real time.
1. On the left of the main dashboard, click the 
Manage Tracking icon. This will open the Tracking page.
This page has two main sections: the Shipment List Panel (Left Pane) and the Map Panel (Right Pane).
Shipment List Panel (Left Pane)
Displays the list of all active shipment IDs along with pickup and delivery details. Clicking on a shipment allows you to view individual shipment details and the map data in the right pane.
Map Panel (Right Pane)
Displays a selected shipment's current location and status using map-based tracking.
The truck icon shows the real-time or last-known GPS location of the shipment.
The truck icon color reflects the shipment status:
Blue – Shipment created (not yet dispatched)
Yellow – Shipment in transit (actively moving toward delivery)
Shipment Detail View
In the shipment list on the left, click a shipment to view its detailed information and location on the map.
The left pane displays route details for the selected shipment, including pickup and delivery information, tracker type, tracking number, and location history.
